“Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! “I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

“Came for a viewing beforehand and I honestly wasn’t too sure, mainly with the length of time they’re alone overnight without access to outside - it seems like this might be standard practice in kennels though. BUT, it seems like he had a good time. It was my first time boarding my 8.5 year old dog (he’s done daycare and stayed overnight with sitters, just not kennels before). He ate his food which was a surprise, but a good sign. I chose Haytor because of the ability for him to play with other dogs. My dog is nervous with new people, but he gains confidence around other dogs. The drop off felt quite like I was being rushed a bit, but this could just be because they’re aiming to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. It would be great to see photos of them whilst there, through Instagram stories for example (although it seems super busy so that might not be possible). I emailed to check on him in the afternoon and got a response the following morning, which was fine. An option to drop off at the daycare time, if your dog is social, would be great too instead of just 10-12 or 2-5! Especially on a Saturday overnight as you do end up paying for two days for around 24 hours as there are no afternoon pickups on a Sunday, so a single sat to sun overnight comes out quite expensive that way, though I understand different kennels have different booking setups. Overall, my dog came back happy, he ate and although very glad to see me, didn’t seem too bothered by his stay. Would recommend to anyone who feels their dog would benefit in a kennel environment from having other dogs around them! Will use Haytor kennels again for my dog. Thanks for taking care of my boy! :)”

“The care and love my cat receives at Voo Vets in Pyrford , is extraordinary. He was very ill in December, but they got him right. In March he had an operation which went very well. I was especially impressed by the tiny stitches done by Vet Christina.
