“I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”

There is a friendliness amongst the other service users when waiting. Sometimes, you may have to wait a little longer but this is the same for all NHS Gp surgeries. Dr Marks is creatively proactive in wanting to ensure you obtain the best and correct medical advice and attention.”

“After being probably one of the most nervous patient’s they have I can honestly say this practice and their staff are fantastic. So understanding and always have your best interest at heart. After having Henri as my dentist for many years I totally freaked out when he said he was retiring! But I need not have worried Paul who took over from Henry is fantastic. “I called the vet on Saturday late afternoon and was offered an appointment just an hour later at 6pm. With our cat, Rupert, clearly down in the dumps, diagnosis was difficult without any specific symptoms. Very sympathetic handling (without a sedative) enabled a physical examination and the taking of a blood test but there was nothing abnormal showing but by then I had remembered that he had destroyed an old toy full pf catnip about five days previously. An X-ray was then taken and signs of the toy contents were found, Medicines were injected appropriately. On return home, Rupert seems like he is back to normal already. Eating, walking around, clearly happy again. Extraordinary. Thank you to the whole team for the care and the competence shown and for the cup of tea you gave me as well.”

All of the Dentists are experts in their own fields with exceptional skills, knowledge & care towards their patients at all times. “I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”
