“Victory will most certainly be staying here again! The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. I have a very happy Victory back here with me now at home. Thank you to all at Oakley Cattery!”

“Having recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old Northern Inuit, I wanted to add to my old, stars-only review. He was with Spring Lodge from the age of 12 weeks, and the service provided throughout has been second to none. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil! The support staff are magnificent.”

“I found the staff here friendly and polite. I came here with a appointment so I wasn't a walk in. However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”

“Spent ages online researching clinics for IPL treatment and eventually found Courthouse Clinics, which was conveniently located and seemed to get good reviews. Very happy so far. Had an initial consultation where everything was explained to me and I felt they gave me plenty of time to ask questions and was not rushed at all. All the staff are lovely and very professional. I was recommended some products but certainly never felt any pressure to buy these. The lady that did my first treatment also went over things again and gave me far longer than my allocated appointment time. I felt the prices are fair for what I am getting. The premises are also very nice. I've only just started the treatment so too early to see what results are, but very pleased so far!”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. “Great experience with our cat. Very fire dry and welcoming, they know how to make Arthur feel welcome! We've Interacted with Catherine the most at reception and she's a delight, everyone else has also been lovely too! They explain things clearly as well so you know what is happening. The first time we visited it was to get Arthur chipped, there was an issue with the machine (things happen) but instead of just fobbing us off and making us come back another day, as they could have: one of the team went down to the selsdon branch to pick up the necessary wire - whilst yes we had a little wait it was way better than having to go home and get our kitten into his carrier another day!”
