From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. They were very accommodating throughout, I was a few mins late due to train delays and not knowing the place, the owner of the place kindly gave me directions to the clinic. “All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“I took my dog in today to see nurse Abbie due to a lump that appeared on my dogs leg. Abbie was extremely kind, attentive and thorough. I was worried about whether the lump was benign or not and she kindly took my dog to the vet who pricked the lump and was able to confirm that it was a cyst. “I cannot thank the team enough for looking after my elderly and reactive rescue dog. We normally see Ianthi who is the head vet. She is an excellent vet who treats our rather difficult (and enormous) dog with patience and kindess. She has even managed to get him to walk voluntarily onto the weighing scales and even walk into a treatment room. Also, we purchase a copy of our prescriptions and buy the medication online - and it’s always allows us to use it twice which saves us paying for a new prescription every time Furthermore, when our elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer we requested an animal oncologist, and they issued our referral on the same day, they also reviewed him every Saturday until it was time to say goodbye.”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”
