“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. They replaced the battery and repaired the glass on my iPhone screen in a way that it retained its OEM status (if you replace the screen even with an original Apple part it will show a warning in the settings - another way for Apple to charge inflated prices). The phone is now like new, and no warnings in the operating system. Today they have repaired my PS5 and a faulty controller. All done to the highest quality and same day service. He will do his best to assist you and help you resolve any issue you have with repairs, replacement, upgrade of any device. He is knowledgeable and very experienced in diagnousing problems with gagets . I went to him to fix two phones for me intially and ended up visitng him again and again to fix issues with 2 laptops and mobile phones and he was able to fix everything for me at a very reasonable price. Above all he also provides a receipt and warranty for all his work. I find him to have integrity and professionalism and have the highest regard for the excellent service he provided to me on a number of occasions.
