“We got a takeaway for a family of 6. We love the huge portions, and generous amount of chips. Really cannot fault anything... It is also very nice that they also offer grilled options, on top of their selection of battered deep-fried goodies. Everything is delicious!”

“Very nice little Thai restaurant run by 3 adorable ladies. Watch out when they bring out the sizzling beef and its smoke haha but beside that the dishes are tasty, the service attentive and the room not too loud. The Menu A Standard is perfect selection. The soup and the curry were delicious. The Ice cream is not very exciting though. Conveniently located less than 10 min walk from Richmond station.”

I was greeted so warmly by everyone downstairs and then Alex upstairs was just great - friendly, really efficient without rushing anyone, knew all about the menu, suggested I download the app and explained the fab rewards (I received free dough balls!). It was incredibly busy and he was calm throughout - every table sparkling clean after guests had gone - it was all under control! Food was fab, piping hot and fresh. Really great! Thank you Alex!”

Every dish was fresh, balanced, and full of clean, precise flavours. You can tell the chefs know what they’re doing — the sushi was perfectly prepared, the hot dishes were rich and comforting, and everything arrived beautifully presented. It’s rare to find this level of consistency. Overall, I left impressed and fully satisfied. Matsuba delivered quality, service, and atmosphere at a very high level. I’ll definitely return.”

Fresh, fresh, fresh fish, the yellow tail melts in the mouth, and the wasabi is very piquant. There is often more fish than rice in a maki, which is very indulgent! It is not cheap, but it is absolute quality. And consistent.”

There is a lunch menu for a typical set Thai lunch (starter and a main) for£9.95 Monday to Friday. I highly recommend this Thai place in Putney. Update: They changed the lunch menu slightly. Still excellent.”

“I visited Pizza Express in East Sheen recently, and overall, it was a solid dining experience. We started with the classic Dough Balls – always a winner – soft and warm, with plenty of garlic butter. For mains, I went with the American, which had a nice kick and crispy thin crust. The service was friendly and fairly quick. The Staff were attentive and child friendly. My kids enjoyed the Piccolo menu. I would surely go back – especially with their seasonal offers and kids eat free deals.”
