“I personally had a very good experience with Bijouteria. Since I had a 50% discount voucher for Bijouteria, I used it, as I hadn't been to the shop before. When I received the jewelry (within two days), I tried it on the same day. Unfortunately, one piece was too small. So I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a larger size. I received a response very quickly, and the exchange was arranged without me having to do anything further. I received the new piece the following day, and I was able to return the too-small piece free of charge. I am truly satisfied with the quality and the customer service.”

“Popped into this shop while in London on vacation. I love silver jewelry so we just went into peruse, and I ended up falling in love with a chunky silver ring.
