“We live just up the road and thought it was a greasy spoon. How wrong we were. Poached is a postage stamp size gourmet breakfast restaurant. The menu is innovative. The service is warm and friendly. That totally know their coffee (fresh roasted beans on sale here too). A delightful place for breakfast (and probably lunch too. As a bonus they have a live train times board and do takeaways. 5 stars all the way.”

“This is a no nonsense sports bar and the only one in Beckenham (the others are masquerading as sports bars - no sound on TVs and pushchairs everywhere). The bar staff are brilliant and work hard, plenty of big screens with different sport catered for. I’m delighted to be kept safe by management taking security seriously..”

She, along with her coworker sitting next to her, made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Jenny came across as approachable and professional, which reassured me that I was in expert hands. I felt like nothing could go wrong. She even gave me helpful tips on how to care for my nails afterward. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire experience. The service was reasonably priced—I honestly would have paid more because of how well I was treated. Everyone there was so nice!”

“I have always got my wax done with francy I think not only is the price great but also the experience she’s always friendly and welcoming and I feel very comfortable I think she has amazing skills for a wax it’s the most quickest person that does wax and I’ve done legs armpits above lip eye brows and full Brazilian down there every wax will always hurt obviously but at least with francy it’s a quick well done job definitely recommended coming here”

As always I was welcomed by warm friendly staff with an happy and relaxed environment and seen to straight away, offered refreshments and taken care of by the staff. I had my hair cut by the fab Marco who is very professional and good at listening to what you want and meeting your needs which results in a great hair cut! I have also experienced haircut by other team members and can say I was very pleased with the results.
