“Alex is fantastic! I was greeted so warmly by everyone downstairs and then Alex upstairs was just great - friendly, really efficient without rushing anyone, knew all about the menu, suggested I download the app and explained the fab rewards (I received free dough balls!). It was incredibly busy and he was calm throughout - every table sparkling clean after guests had gone - it was all under control! Food was fab, piping hot and fresh. Really great! Thank you Alex!”

“Malaysian cuisine! Friendly staff and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable to dine in. Try Makan Makan Fried Rice and tea (hand mixed by Michelle) There's also a Fried Mars Bar!? Worth a try! Restaurant is a bit small with about 5 tables. Reasonably priced.”

The atmosphere of the pub is cozy and welcoming, a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was simply divine – crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, just as it should be. To complement my meal, I enjoyed a pint of Guinness, which was perfectly poured and served cold. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking. Fresh, fresh, fresh fish, the yellow tail melts in the mouth, and the wasabi is very piquant. There is often more fish than rice in a maki, which is very indulgent! It is not cheap, but it is absolute quality. And consistent.”

“Stopped in early on a Saturday night for dinner as I’ve passed this restaurant multiple times and finally made it in to dine. The menu is straightforward and the food is absolutely delicious- pasta cooked to perfection and all the flavors complimenting each other. I went for the carbonara, good flavor and generous bits of bacon, and had olives to start which were marinated very nicely in herbs. Absolute gem of a place, will definitely be back!”

“New Yorker/New Jerseyan here- this place. is. it. The mafalde is absolutely delectable. It is the simplest meal made up of a handful of ingredients but oh my— the freshness?? unreal. The margherita pizza STUNNED with a classic cheesy, greasy (in a good way) finish, you really can’t ask for more. Even the vegan pizza was delicious, and a quick ricotta sub (i took olives off my half) made it the perfect meal. Excellent vibes, both indoor & outdoor, & excellent food. Cannot recommend it more! “Came here with 6 friends of mine post-Twickenham rugby, and the service and food were absolutely amazing. Our waiter was very welcoming and friendly, and the food was delivered quickly. Every one of us had a different dish (from pad thai, to spicy crispy duck, curries, calamari, pork ribs, and more) - every single one was tender and a perfect balance of flavours. I myself got the yellow yellow noodles dish with chicken thighs, and it reminded me a lot of the Chiang Mai/Khao Soi noodles I had when I was in Thailand myself. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”

“Brilliant restaurant that has survived here since 1982 under the same ownership. One of the oldest in the area, that says a lot. Service is good, have drinks on drafts and prices are reasonable. They accommodated us very late on Boxing Day and most importantly the food was great, at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.”

“I have passed Piza Go Go many times, so decided to check it out after reading the mixed bag of reviews, rather than takes someone else's word for it, if the staff were rude, piza cold and uncooked, and if it was as terrible that people say it was. So my findings: The staff ere polite, working very hard, taking orders via Internet and phone as well as dealing with customers in the shop. I observed how other customers were treated with respect, while ordering two large super size pizzas. The shop became very busy, and systematically the staff cooking piza dealt with all orders calmy. I ordered a large ham and pine apple with garlic bread, quietly observed the process of my food being prepared from fresh and then cooked. My piza arrived pipping hot and so did my garlic bread. I noticed how other customers waited patiently for their orders. I had a drive back home, so the piza sat on the car seat, got slightly cold, which was my doing, but it's easy to re-heat and felt it was cooked as l watched it being cooked properly, also the garlic bread was delicious. I suppose people experience things differently, sometimes things don't go the way they want it, also l have witnessed how people can create a negative situation, insulting people serving them. From my visit l saw the friendly rapore from the customers and the staff at this piza takeaway. I understood the staff member was very busy, so was happy to wait. In general my experience was a positive one as well as consuming one vert tasty piza.”
