“We took this venue for a private hire and it was incredible. Guests got to choose from the menu even though we were 60 plus people. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Food was great, generous portions and good mix on the menu. Bottomless drinks were plentiful with rarely an empty glass. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended”

“I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, but it was late and I was so hungry, so we decided to try the hotel's restaurant. Unexpectedly, we loved everything we ordered. However, we wanted sea bass, which was already sold out, so we came back again after a few days. We weren't disappointed, and everything we ordered was nice.”

“A spacious store over two levels. Well-stocked food section, with plenty of variety to choose from. The clothes department, spread over the two floors, had a large range of styles, too. The newly-revamped cafe (tucked away on the first floor) looked relaxing. The whole store was very impressive.”

“We stopped for a snack and drinks. We had duck spring rolls which were served beautifully with sweet chilli sauce and salad with a mustard dressing. Probably the best spring rolls I’ve had – thin crispy pastry with a delicious duck filling The drinks were nice. I asked for lime and soda with bitters (where I am used to lemon lime and bitters in Australia) which they accommodated and it was quite delicious. A nice setting good service and a helpful, friendly girl behind the bar. Recommended highly.”

“Brilliant pints, brilliant views. Plenty of space in this Fullers Pub for larger gatherings and, perfectly located between Brentford and Richmond so lots of access to places to eat before or after, but that's not even needed because I would recommend eating here!”

“Good range of craft beer on tap that changes occasionally (more IPA’s please!). Sports screens showing whatever big event is on and good pizzas (used to be pies so assume the kitchen changes every so often). Good outdoor areas and staff seem very personable”

We've had issues with ordering mirrors , damage and refunds from other large retailers previously, which we told the guys here and they were very accommodating so we got what we wanted . “This Hotel/Pub was the perfect location for us. We were visiting a family member recovering from major surgery but also wanted to explore the area. We were not disappointed as Woking (cinema & Theatre) and the ‘Saturn Way’ were on our doorstep. As regards the hotel we were greeted by Lee who set a wonderful first impression. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The pub itself had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big thank you to Lee, Nessie and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. Free parking a big bonus.”

Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!”

“Very quiet property, safe and secure and amazing location. My husband and l have been staying for over a month and are really pleased we chose to stay here. Very close to the train station, Sainsbury’s, and the Shopping Centre is just round the corner too. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby , as well as great value for money , extremely helpful staff; Katie is such a great host and Jamie is always happy to help! “I know the Dog and Fox very well but had never stayed in the hotel. It was a great decision, a beautifully comfortable bed, spacious and clean room . Breakfast was also excellent with multiple choices of continental and traditional dishes on offer. All cooked dishes were prepared to order and piping hot. My stand out part of the visit were the staff, highly trained, cheerful and helpful. In the bar, restaurant and reception they didn’t fail to impress. I have to also mention housekeeping , although I didn’t see them it was obvious they were working hard in the background to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough and will definitely be back .”

“Great spot to be in Victoria London with lovely eateries, sport restaurants and meeting places. Kudos to working together. They need to make the pedestrians passage more free and not cluttered and difficult for pedestrians to get through without excusing other users. It was made wide open for users easy access not for businesses to extend themselves and block free movement for customers. Not rocket science!”

“I attended this lovely brunch location with a best mate on Tuesday and it was amazing! We had a lovely waitress called Ale who was priceless. Her service was spot on, she gave recommendations about the food and beverages included within the bottomless brunch session. She was attentive and jovial. “This is a great plase to dine out. We, as a family have been eating at Birashwamys for over thirty years when my father came across it one day. The restaurant is very cosy and the gorgeous aroma coming from the kitchen makes you feel hungry the minute you walk through the door. There's a great choice of delicious dishes on offer that tastes different to other Indian restaurants I have visited. We no longer live close Birashwamys but we make it point to drive down regularly. The food tastes just as delicious today as it has did thirty years ago. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly. Nice clean toilets. Good background music. Overall the place has a good feel about it. Well worth a try. You never know. This may become your favourite restaurant. Get Outlook for Android”

“First time here with family and we all loved it. We came when it was rather quiet. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. All our courses was delicious. The restaurant was clean. Parking available in a nearby carpark free in the evening. Praying facilities also available. Staff also gave free brownie favour to the kids. Will return again.”

“Above and beyond . . . Last Saturday I ordered a takeaway Jalfrezi and a Meat Thali. Delivery was within the hour (even on a busy evening). I found that there were various dishes but wasn't sure that it was a Thali, which is one of my favourites from the Longfield Tandoori. I phoned to ask if the Thali menu had changed. I wasn't complaining, but with no hesitation they apologised and sent a traditional Thali straight away, which arrived in minutes. I've been a customer here for over ten years, but this was exceptional. Once again, many thanks!”
