“Aksular was absolutely delightful! The spread was generous and beautifully presented from freshly baked simit and warm bread to rich cheeses, olives, honey with clotted cream, and a perfectly brewed Turkish tea. Every bite was full of authentic flavors that transported me straight to Turkey. The menemen (scrambled eggs with tomato and pepper) was especially delicious and creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The staff (Hatice) was very welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The cozy atmosphere and vibrant dishes made for a relaxing and satisfying morning. If you love hearty, flavorful breakfasts, I can’t recommend Aksular enough!”

“Excellent food ; We paid £60 for a large breakfast with so many delicious breakfast additions, which is a really good price Quality is excellent. This breakfast must be tried My opinion is that if you don't like sweet breakfast components alot, just ask the service to half the portions ( especially honey & jam ) Overall, it is one the best ( if not the best ) breakfast in uk.”

“Amazing staff and great food! Many thanks to Abeeha for helping me choose a lovely meal today. I’ve ordered a doner and chip box, which comes with yogurt, garlic and chilli sauces. The portion size is super filling, which makes sense for £8! Staff wipe down the tables regularly so the place looks clean and cosy. Also many thanks to the Chef, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and it brightened up my day. Will absolutely be back when in the area! ”

“Bonito’s, the food is lovely, one of my favourites being their bonitos mix of chicken avocado bacons and mayo. Iced coffees are of a frappe consistency and delicious. The cafe as a whole is clean and a welcoming place, staff are very lovely, always engaging in conversation and laughing with customers. They have daily hot food specials that look and smell delicious. Even if what you fancy isn’t on the menu, they will do it! Anything to make their customers happy as it should be☺️☺️☺️”

My mum and I have visited Crews Hill at Christmas time for the past 10 or so years and have always finished off the day's shopping at the garden centres by having a well deserved dinner at the Plough. Staff were friendly and the food was excellent. My burger (cheese and bacon) was cooked to perfection! Chips were fantastic too. I also had the side of onion nests which I can highly recommend. Will be back again next year!”

She was so welcoming and extremely efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy and everyone was rushed off their feet, Jenny still managed to be attentive and her service was second to none!”

“Hands down, one of the best pide I’ve had so far. Was causally walking past and the smell drew me in! I got the kusbasi pide topped with cheese. I had a perfect cheese pull from each bite, meat was perfectly seasoned & succulent. Definitely will be back to try other traditional Turkish food from Citir 27 ❤️. Highly recommend!”

“Been here a few times the food is always amazing and great value for money. We get the bottomless menu £39.99(pick 12 items off the menu;starters or pasta, and make a seafood boil with your choice) and are full and satisfied after the first round! Food made to order always piping hot and fresh seafood. Really cosy restaurant and family friendly. Staff are always happy to help , friendly and really accommodating! A few parking spaces outside the restaurant or the shops next door. Would highly recommend! :)”

“The room is clean and everything else is neat, tidy too. I only write this review because of other low rated review that was written before and I was worry before I come BUT NOT anymore after I am staying right now on July 2022. Everything is great especially with this price. They even put microwave and refrigerator that I don't see it in my Marriott Hotel that I stayed last week. For your information, it is a little far from train station and NO air condition for American. Other than that I can't ask for more with this price that is around the same as HOSTELS and NEARER to London than other cheap motels, hotels with your own clean room.”

“Ordered a double mattress and bed base. The price is great. The guy delivered it right on time and it is the most comfortable mattress I've had yet! To think I almost paid twice the amount just for the mattress. Highly recommend!”
