They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

The seafood tagliatelle was fantastic and so were the cocktails. Rissotto and steak dishes left much to be desired. Nonetheless - overall a good experience”

“For me, one of the reasons that retail is fading is due to retailers neglecting the user / customer experience. Prestigious retailers, Harrods, Selfridges etc., get this right. There's also a huge focus on UX / UI on-line, but not often in retail. My experience today was different. Greated really well by the staff, and taken care of brilliantly by Jem. “Kevin and his son Adam are the best. Did an immaculate job with my kitchen 9 years ago and never had any problems. Recently had a faulty hinge and no questions asked they replaced it for free after 9 years! Best service ever. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, still get lots of compliments for our kitchen especially the custom built floor to ceiling cabinets!!”
