“What a quietly dazzling place this is. There’s something wonderfully conspiratorial about stepping through that modest entrance, as though you’re being let in on a secret. The evening began with a generosity that’s actually become rare in fine dining - an extra splash of sauce here, a little more wine there - no questions, no charge, and not in excess, but with the sort of intuitive hospitality that says, “We’re glad you’re here.” It wasn’t about selling a product, or ticking boxes of ‘luxury’ and ‘innovation’; it was about making an experience breathe. The fish-focused menu was, quite simply, divine. Each plate felt considered but never contrived. The chef’s attention to detail was everywhere, not only in the precise cooking but in the courtesy and conversation that accompanied it. He seemed genuinely invested in the pleasure of his guests, which lent the whole evening a warmth too often missing from Michelin-minded establishments. In short, Behind is a restaurant that remembers why restaurants exist at all: to nourish, to delight, and, if only for a few hours, to make the world feel exquisitely well-arranged.”

“The beef and pork burger were delicious.. and the Korean loaded fries fantastic. Best burger by far in woolwich. I had a bleeckers burger yesterday "apparently best in london" and in-between was just as good. They are that good. The only thing I ask, and not a critiscim, can I order medium cooked burgers. Just a personal preference. Keep up the good work really great food. Thank you.”

“I visited this restaurant during the second lockdown for takeaway service. I felt very welcome and found the restaurant clean. The staff were very attentive and there is always a wide range to choose from. I will particularly recommend their grilled fish range!! Their salads are lovingly prepared and looks, smells and tastes healthy. There range of smoothies are also great! Especially the detox range. It's a nice eclectic mixture of the Middle East, North Africa and Modern healthy cuisine. The cherry on top was a free falafel I was asked to taste and I swear, I have never tasted such a delightful falafel! I will never go back to the supermarket bought ones for sure! Highly recommended.”

The service is incredible the bartender Sunny made the most incredible cocktails he was very welcoming which was such a nice experience. “I had a wonderful experience at Cote in Sloane Square. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It really exceeded my expectations. The service was just as impressive. Dom❤️who looked after us, was fantastic friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout the meal. His excellent service really added to the experience and made the evening even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Cote at Sloane Square to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. “Exactly a year ago my wife and I got married here and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Ania and the team really looked after us on the build up and throughout, with great communication via email and in person. We added some dishes to the set menu and the team were so attentive bringing in the food and serving our friends and family. Luckily, they do a solid Sunday roast so we’re often back for a visit!”

“Had a lovely late lunch / early dinner. We had the 2 course selection and I must say it was delicious. I had mussels to start, followed by Seabass, and my partner had steak followed by the chocolate brownie. We had a fantastic bottle of Chardonnay to accompany our meal. We also had complimentary fizz, which was a lovely way to end our meal. Toilets are downstairs. Staff are fantastic, polite, and friendly. Recommend.”

“Held a birthday party in their upstairs function room. I cannot praise the staff enough. The venue was perfect, all my guests commented. I had Zingara cater the event and I can truly say the food was amazing and at a very good price. There were two dedicated bar staff for the evening and they did an outstanding job. The staff from Zingara made sure the whole process from booking up to and including the event went smoothly and took all the stress of arranging a party away. I had a truly amazing night and cannot thank all the staff enough.”

“My wife and I dined here for the first time last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved it. A great typical French Brasserie menu with ‘out of this world’ dishes accompanied by the best waiting staff and manageress I have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble and they made you feel like you were their best friends. It was a great experience and night out and we will both return again if only to spend the night with the delightful staff. Wonderful, fantastic and highly recommended. Oh and by the way, you must try the Breton Fish Stew, it is to die for.”
