I purchased what I thought was a 8 week old jack Russell I didn't believe it was that old.The receptionist booked me a app for today so a vet could check him over I went to my app it was on time not like the PDSA .The vet checked my Boris over and confirmed he was only 6 weeks but then he advised me to book his injections for -3 weeks time .When I left I was told because it was a puppy check my visit was free today very impressed is a under statement thanks again”

“Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! “Absolutely amazing care & brilliant staff, the whole team from reception staff, nurses, vets and everyone else that makes this team work so well. We've been using these vets since our dog, Seamus, was a puppy and he's now 8. Most recently he had a teeth clean, we were initially worried about the general anesthetic but the team were so well informed and happy to advise us that it put us totally so at ease so we decided to go ahead with it. The whole process from first booking to the aftercare and updates on the day to was amazing, excellent communication. Our dog ended up needing 4 teeth out and I had 3 calls from a nurse (and one conversation with a vet) on the day to keep me informed of his well-being and to explain the need for his treatment. We felt so secure and happy that he was being loved and cared for as a family member. The bill was also a lot less than we had anticipated which I think is another measure of their professionalism and love for animals. In essence, a brilliant professional vets that we are so grateful for and very happy to recommend. 5 stars!”
