I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. Throughout all my interactions with him he was pleasant and polite and acknowledged all my needs and concerns. It is genuinely difficult to find such an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable mechanic these days and from now on I will be contacting Ben with no hesitation when I need any work to be done for my car.”

“I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. “I would highly recommend this salon if you want a great hair styling experience. I went in casually looking for an appointment for a hair cut with my 5 year old and he was also as pleased as I was at the end of my appointment. My stylist was Vicky who was very warm n friendly and I would say very patient as my hair is very long and she took her time to make sure my hair looked great n exactly how I wanted. The staff is also very friendly n offered my son a drink n a biscuit which was very sweet on their part. I would definitely be going back again for a personalised experience!!”

“The B&Q at Sutton is nice and big. Expect to find lots of DIY stuff. The staff there are nice and friendly. There is a bus stop round the corner but ideally I would get a lift or drive the car because if you buy something it is probably easier to bring it in the car.”

All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.”

I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough.
