She gave me a really thorough consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and explaining step by step what she was going to do. “The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. We were really impressed with the way she explained things patiently and her regular follow ups to ensure we were on track. It took us a good few months to order due to issues with our construction, but when the time came we went back to the store and placed the order with her. The delivery came on time with no issues. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. “I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.”

“This is my second time using this garages service. I have found the staff to be very polite and friendly. They don't talk down to you and give valid advice regarding your vehicle. I would highly recommend this company. I need things done to my car which are not vital but could get worse if not dealt with. They told me what needs to be done without putting pressure on me. They are very matter of fact with their advice, which makes you trust them. I am extremely happy with this garage and glad my friend encouraged me to use them.”

“LOVE IT best pizza takeaway near me i don't always have pizza but when i do I NEVER go elsewhere! i swear by this place - the one near me is so great i've even tried some further out. i am eating a margarita as we speak its so good. its warm its fresh its yum - its not too chewy or dry. it comes with my FAV FREE dip, its flavourful, the cheese tastes so nice. i always get the make your own as its worth the value (i add on SO many toppings) or i get margarita. i don't eat at other pizza places they're too greasy and this one isn't! love it id eat a pizza from here all day if i had to and i would even collab with them LMAO thats how much i love fireaway. ask my friends i always feed them these pizzas at parties and they have vegan and halal options for my besties :) nice seating area, lovely staff - i met the chef :) very sweet they even gave me FREE pizza once thank you ”
