“To the incredible team at Reds, I’ll be honest—I rarely leave Google reviews, but after my experience here, I felt compelled to share just how exceptional this salon is so that others can experience their great service. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome. The atmosphere is full of energy and joy, and it’s clear that the team truly feels like a family. As a client, you’re not just another appointment—you feel like part of the friendship group. The amazing owner, Natalina, instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. She checked on me multiple times to make sure I was happy with everything. And as for my stylist, Marina—what a talent! She performed absolute magic on my colour. I had over 5 inches of dark brown regrowth, and she transformed it into a stunning, natural-looking finish. My hair remained soft, healthy, and vibrant—even after the bleaching. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! A special shoutout to the lovely Maria, who kept me company during my seven-hour transformation and captured the most gorgeous photos of my new look. She’s an absolute gem and just one more example of how welcoming and thoughtful this team is. To top it all off - their prices are very affordable for the service they provide and being in London. I have been quoted almost double of what I paid at other salons. There are no hidden costs — you know exactly what you are paying before you start. I have been to other salons, they quote you a price and then after they say “oh you need to pay extra for all these things” that you aren’t aware aren’t included in the price. It’s all very honest and up front. This is my first experience at the salon, I don’t personally know any of the team so this is a completely transparent, honest review. I am very impressed. “I received Brazilian laser treatment from Faten! Despite having a significant amount of hair at the beginning, just after half sessions, I now have 90% of the hair gone. She made a comfortable atmosphere during the treatment, allowing me to undergo the procedure without any burden. She is the best therapist I have ever met. I really highly recommend her.”

“My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! I booked as someone I knew recommended Spoilt Rotten and now I will also be recommending to anyone in need of a groomers :)”

“We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“I've just got back from a lovely lunch at Coffee Bliss Cafe. From the minute we walked in, the staff we very welcoming and friendly. They even gave my 4-year old a little sweet treat on the house, which was a nice touch! The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I was her last client of the day and even though I could tell she was a little tired as it had been busy, she still put the effort into making me feel comfortable (well as comfortable as you can getting a wax!). Both Paul and Jules are very knowledgeable about the systems and took a great deal of extra time and effort to ensure the whole process from start to finish went perfectly.
