“Absolutely incredible service! I’ve just had ACL surgery here and was quite apprehensive before as this was my first operation, however each and everyone of the staff members from the physios to the nurses, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, reception, overnight staff etc were all amazing. The food was great, the call button service was instant, and the nurses always looked genuinely happy and willing to care for my every need. Even after leaving the care continues from extensive and tailored information on how to recover in the most optimal way. I’d highly recommend this establishment.”

“Really enjoyed our experience here. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We shared the Veg Gyoza to start and for mains we had a Duck Pad Thai and Yellow Curry with Sticky Rice. I would recommend both main dishes!”

“Swim every week with my son & have a second fun trip to the leisure pool too when I've time. There's a sauna next to the main (competition) pool. Plenty of showers - cubicle & open. Clean changing rooms. Entry is very reasonable. You need a returnable £1 coin for lockers. Nice cafe.”

“We came in on 1st November for our really early Christmas Do. As always Sam and the team were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the pub was full. We used the app to order so didn’t even need to get up off the table. The food came out promptly, piping hot and was delicious, I couldn’t fault anything. This is a lovely pub with an atmosphere. “Really great tasting, authentic fish and chips. The batter is just thick enough, well seasoned and cooked to perfect. The chips melt in the mouth. A nice selection of pickled cucumbers and onions along with fresh baguette is also offered for free - amazing! Wine and beer are also on the menu.”

“Been there at a Friday evening and it was great! Callum was working behind the counter and he was very polite and friendly, great guy! A band set up inside the pub and played some good quality music, nothing too loud and definitely elevating the whole atmosphere. Bonus points for the delicious Brazilian bbq that is being served there during the weekends, at the rear garden. Bottom line, great pub!”

“I had brackfast here as a non resident of the PremierInn, the venue is nice, you have brackfast upstairs in an old building, the food is cooked to order- which is really unusual for a Beefeater! The staff were 100% friendly, the coffee is good and lots of choice all for £10.99. I will be back! You are right next to the canal and there is plenty of parking!”
