“Popped in with my 10 year old boy who is getting into skateboarding. The guys in the shop scooped him and made him feel so welcome and at ease. “Looking for a specific hat for my daughter; Suzanna was extremely helpful by going above and beyond. Firstly went to check the back, but could not find. She then returned to find out if we could locate the reference number. Once found, she went back to check the stock and managed to find the hat I was after. I feel this level of service is exceptional as after the first time going to check, most would give bad news and give up, however, I really felt that Suzanna wanted to find this hat for me, so I left the store feeling compelled to write this review :)”

“I had an issue with a pair of shoes(sizing) Gabriel and Mason both Went back and forth finding different trainers each time we changed our minds. They were good humoured and professional, in between dealing with us they also dealt with other customers, whilst remaining attentive to us. Overall my experience in that store was more than elevated due to their excellent customer service”
