“I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! “Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”

Unfortunately the Doctors Surgery we use always seems to muck something up with the new Electronic Prescription Service and are never helpful in trying to fix their mistakes but the team at Well Pharmacy are great and will contact the Doctors on our behalf and ensure we are able to get the correct medication asap! I really feel they deserve a lot of praise as they seem to be on the front line for a lot of abuse due to mistakes Doctors make and yet are still really kind and caring.”
