“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

Colleen and her team dispelled that myth, and got to clean her ears from wax and hair, which other groomers could not as she fully resisted! No more mites! “I've used Whitton Corner Pharmacy for years now. As a small community pharmacy, it's not easy to respond to everybody's wish for instant service or to have every possible item in stock at all times. Having worked in a pharmacy myself many years ago, I know how busy things can get, particularly during colds and flu season, and how difficult it can sometimes be when manufacturers delay production on certain drugs. I've always been treated respectfully and when purchasing non-prescription items, found their prices to be better than the high street alternatives.”

“Carole is a One Stop Shop Top Notch Groomer. It’s a passion and not just a profession which shows through with the care and time she takes to groom your pooch. She soon calmed my nervous senior JR and gained her trust rather quickly. It was more than a pleasure to be able to stay and watch the magic happen. “Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”

“We are first time dog owners and quite nervous about getting it all right - we found Grant through a Google search and he’s been fantastic. Given us a lot of his time (without charge) getting to know our dog and inviting me on a walk with other dogs in his care. He’s now doing regular training sessions and has made a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour. Actively encourages regular updates and videos so he can fine tune what he’s taught us. An absolute gent too. Can’t recommend more highly!”
