“Best vets hands down. They love their animals so much and it really makes that difference. Pricing is very good too. Only thing receptionist was not very friendly when I paid my bill in cash. She seemed to be annoyed by this fact but the vets there are lovely and I would recommend to anyone”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “Fantastic vets, it is easy to get an appointment, they are always friendly, the vets understand the needs of my pets (rabbits and also cats) and puts them at ease. Very experienced, professional and calm! Wouldn't go anywhere else now.”

We had the traumatic experience of having to remove his eye and the after - care of this and the care of his second eye which ,due to the upmost care,knowledge and professionalism of the vets, is now healed. Cannot recommend this practice enough for the empathy along with the specialist knowledge of all staff in this practice ; applaud we must ! We are all truly thankful,. Very food on price so if struggling cos of cost of living go here and this shop will help u stay above water so u n family won't go hungry cos of soaring prices well yogurt at asda/tesco/Iceland etc £2 lidi price £0.89 see the difference so I don't understand why those shops are more expensive when lidi is good on price I feel lidi put people first where the other shops put profit first hope u all agree Have a nice day”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”
