“I have been visiting the Cheam centre for the last 3 months as part of a group working on "Joint Pain Management" and have been extremely pleased with our health coach Steven who has provided me and the group, not only with excellent coaching to improve our fitness with the aim of reducing pain and becoming more active, it has also provided us with logical and much welcomed ideas to make small changes on our day to day activities that are really making a big difference to me and others on the group. The staff at the Cheam center I have met are also very welcoming and friendly and the various exercise machines I have used are very good and simple to use. Would strongly recommend the Cheam centre and Steven to anyone that wants to better manage their joint pain and to also become fitter and healthier.”

Since Covid-19 my month medications have become worse due to no more Repeat Prescriptions ticked for collection. Computers now decide. Receptionists are the only way I can obtain what's not been obtained, causing more work for them. Receptionist are much respected and am grateful for their assistance.”

“I called around 4.30 today to check how late they were giving 'walk-in' Covid boosters and was told 5.30pm. I arrived at 5.15 and was dealt with as soon as the pharmacist finished serving the customer in front of me. I left having had my Covid booster by 5.25pm. Excellent service. “Pick up prescription for my husband. One of the staff asked me would I like to check my blood pressure. After check, reading was not very good and she said will send my reading to my gp, hopefully will get appt from them. She also gave me a copy incase i didnt hear anything from GP. Surprising LESS than a day, I really got text message appointment from my GP. Many thanks to Tesco chemist that really did good job. If not, not sure how much time I need to spend to get an appt from GP.”
