“I have wanted to do dance classes for all of my adult life and always chickened out due to stage fright/anxiety, fear of being judged and under qualified at even “casual” classes. At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). Learning to swim was one of the most challenging things I've ever done, but I also had a LOT of fun and really looked forward to my bi-weekly lessons.
