“What a fantastic job the guys are doing here with getting us boosted. The only clinic for miles around means queues should be expected...but they are opening earlier to get through the 'walk-ins' queue as best they can before the time of booked appointments. I waited 1 hour, which was less than expected following Boris' announcement!”

“I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Sevenoaks florist. I arrived at their doorstep with the need for a brides bouquet, matching boutonnieres for the groom and his mother and an additional set of boutonnieres for the witnesses for a 25th anniversary marriage renewal ceremony that I have been asked to officiate. Not only were they able to gently guide me in what might work best in this type of situation, they were also able to deliver in about three hours time! The ‘newly renewed’ bride and groom were thrilled.”

“Came into the store to get cat food that the vets told me to get for my cat, James and Aaron were very helpful and friendly which made my shopping experience great. They managed to find my the product while it wasn’t on the shelf and it was lovely to see they could find it. They both went above and beyond, wouldn’t shop in any other pets at home”

“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. Very food on price so if struggling cos of cost of living go here and this shop will help u stay above water so u n family won't go hungry cos of soaring prices well yogurt at asda/tesco/Iceland etc £2 lidi price £0.89 see the difference so I don't understand why those shops are more expensive when lidi is good on price I feel lidi put people first where the other shops put profit first hope u all agree Have a nice day”

“Usual wide variety of different lines. Plenty of space for social distancing and well signed instructions to help. Staff all have a bright positive attitude and have continued to help their customers all through the lockdowns. Alot of other stores should follow their example.”

“I’m one of those shoppers who scrutinise the labels to check what ingredients everything has as well as trying to eat as ‘clean’ as possible. I will shop in 3-4 supermarkets to cut down my weekly expenditure but recently, Aldi is my ‘Go To’ store. I have to say that I am seriously impressed with the quality ( and the price ) of all fresh meats, hams, chicken and fish. I also love that their fresh produce mostly comes from British farms. I am not vegetarian but there is a good selection to choose from if you are. Gluten free produce is also available. I can recommend their Sirloin steaks, Fresh Salmon, Cooked and uncooked Chicken Breasts, Beef ( joint and minced) Wiltshire Ham and their eggs are extra good value. On those items alone, I save between £10-15 per shop. I can also recommend Aldi ice creams/lollies ( special treat days) as they taste just as good as the branded ones but considerably cheaper. It’s a pleasant ‘quick’ shop but I have to admit that I spend a ridiculous amount of time down the ‘Isle of Shame’ Everyone loves a bargain right?!!”

“I use Harvey's quite frequently. I do tend to go for Sale items (but not always) The quality of clothing is stellar, and Rick and his small team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It's a class act. 100% recommend. Dave G”

I used NHS 111 to arrange - the first time I’ve needed it - and the staff at the pharmacy dealt with everything else. My “emergency” was handled with the minimum fuss. Thank you.”

“Best local pharmacy - dispensing team give brilliant service, are knowledgeable, go the extra mile for their customers. Prompt professional and friendly service, always smile and are polite no matter how busy they are. The make up counter staff also give excellent personal service, and they sell perfumes that you cannot get elsewhere locally. Department stores in Tunbridge Wells and even in London didn't have a fragrance that I searched for, yet Paydens did! (Hoopers, Harvey Nichols didn't have it) I'd recommend Paydens to everyone!!”
