She is so organised and plans everything down to the finest details which means you can rest assured your dog is is safe hands. Her property is homely and cosy and her garden is such a great, safe space for dogs to have a sniff around and play. Heather is aware of the unique requirements of different breeds too. The daily updates are soo good, Heather gives you a really good summary of what has happened to put your nerves at rest, as well as few pictures and a map of the walks! I did lots of research on swimming lessons and the swim website came up, I read about the scheme and wow i was blown away! The scheme is unreal! I’ve never known a swim school spend so much time on breath control & technique. Small classes & one to one lessons are exceptional. “I love THL! I have been practicing Pilates here for the last 3 years (on and off). Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are always so welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. What I love about THL is that all the instructors make you feel like your are learning about the movements. They teach you how to move your body intentionally to make sure you are are working out properly. Other studios just make it more of a work out or a “n exercise class and I think that this approach loses what Pilates is all about. I always make sure I attend Faye and Alicia’s classes the most. They are amazing. They always make me feel so welcome and they give everyone the care and teaching they need despite having 10 or more people to teach at one time. All the instructors are lovely and great of course! Also shout out to the front of house team, they are all fantastic. Gracie always brightens up my day and makes me feel at home!”

“Lovely friendly staff. Daughters swimming teacher Fran is awsome with her encouraging and engaging and pushes her when needed. Only issue is with the selfish people who leave their belongings in the cubicles rather than using the lockers of which is there plenty my daughter is a teenager and body aware so prefers to be in a cubicle rather than the shared changing room area.”

“I missed coming here. We booked to come for 11 o clock but surprisingly got here 40 min earlier. We were allowed to go early. Changing room was as I remember. It was clean. Toilets were somewhat clean. Can't fault the kids pool and jacuzzi tub. We couldn't sadly stay longer to use the big pool as we came early so needed to leave early. We had fantastic 40 min which flew by.”

I had a call today offering me some gym induction sessions so I can use my membership to its fullest. Jake is a brilliant sometimes grumpy but always Yoda like swimming Instructor!”
