She took the time to really listen and I had every confidence she had the necessary insight to find the right therapist from the centre to begin sessions with my daughter. To have this level of care from the very start was so reassuring. Sandra really respects that it takes courage to make that first phone call and she holds space for you at a time when you most need it. I love the new system of the online form for any queries and the option to have a call/video consultation instead of an appointment.
