“We went to little buddy's for there toddlers only Halloween party with our one year old. There is two different large soft play areas that are really good with multiple layers and a big slide all of which seems well maintained. one for younger children (under 4) and one for older children aswell as a sensory area and small ball pit. The staff are friendly and attentive and seem to enjoy there jobs. There is a café catering for both adults and children with nice food as well as having really good coffee and a range of soft drinks everything seems to be kept to a good standard of cleanliness. They also do classes for children such as messy play which my girlfriend attends with my daughter who thourghly enjoys it. Overall I would recommend a visit with your little ones.”

“The people who have been there have so so helpful me with food, medical items EG bandages, plasters etc. ....directing me to the nearest doctors surgery for me to register with. Email communications very supportive. Friendly and approachable. Theres a lot of help and support there”

Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. Chris our instructor was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at teaching and explaining the course. There was a good balance of theory and practical that it made it a really enjoyable experience! “My Daughter and her friend are currently at the inflatable obstacle swimming course and are having a great time. What a credit the you g male lifeguard is to your team. He is engaging with all the children, chatting, splashing them, throwing buckets of water at them. It is him that has made the experience extra fun!”

“My daughter loved this nursery (and I did too). She started at 1 and stayed through till age 4 attending the Pre-school. I feel this nursery is very child centred, always keen to meet individual needs (Unlike some of the larger corporate nurseries). The staff are caring and the staff turnover is low. Management provide excellent customer service and you can really tell this is a family run business and the people running the nursery care. They also cater excellently for dietary needs. I feel they go above and beyond and for the children. Lots of exciting and well thought out events. I would recommend this nursery to any new parent.”

“YOU GET FINED IF YOU DON'T ENTER YOUR CAR REG AT RECEPTION We got a parking fine for not entering our reg at reception, and a member of staff was amazing and got it revoked in 5 mins flat over the phone. Not impressed with the fine or the fact that they hide the parking notices - very sus - but it's a private company, not the pool staff. The centre itself is dated, yes, but it's a great public pool nonetheless. Has amazing baby change for our son and they even put pool toys and floats out for some sessions. Our little water baby loves it here and so does daddy.”

“Incredible creativity with high end durable long lasting thick materials. Enrichment is clearly the goal of every product and you can really tell they have thought like a bunny with the design. I have many pods and they have all lasted years. Proud to support a small start up of two devoted to high animal welfare and inclusiveness of disabled/head tilt buns in their design. A hutch is not enough @riobunnyhop !!”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“Last place open on New Year's Eve, was told by a local it was worth the trip across town for emergency party supplies. Great local shop with amazing stock of hard-to-get spirits, snacks, etc, open late, helpful staff, friendly owner who's on top of his game. A real find, thank you.”

“We are Americans visiting Manchester for the holidays. The Didsbury Pub was recommended to us for dinner. We had dinner at The Didsbury Pub on Christmas Eve, and it was fantastic! Steven, our server, looked after us; he did a fantastic job. The Didsbury Pub had a Festive Menu on Christmas Eve and our compliments to the Chef. The food was delicious. The hand carved roast turkey with Yorkshire pudding was awesome. So was the Marmalade Glazed Ham Hock. And the desserts. The apple & blackberry crumble was scrumptious; as was the melting chocolate fondant. The pub is beautiful. The atmosphere was great. One of the best dining experiences in all our travels. Thank you to Steven, the Chef, and all the great people at The Didsbury Pub. I highly recommend everyone visiting Manchester to stop in and enjoy The Didsbury Pub.”

“What a nursery! Willow Tree, the management and the team surpassed all expectations. Both our children went there, flourished and made lovely little friends. Having always been dubious of nurseries, we made the decision to move our little girl from a childminder to their pre-school so she could get used to a bigger group setting before starting school. Within a few weeks, we wished we’d made the change a lot sooner. She LOVED IT! When we had our second child, we had no hesitation about where he would go. Nancy the manager worked some magic to make sure we had the days we needed. It quickly became a home from home for our little boy. It soon became apparent that he had delayed speech and needed some extra support in that area. The team were so proactive and put a programme of one on one activities in place to help his development and made all the necessary referrals and kept us in the loop with rehaul at face to face meetings every step of the way. We can’t thank them enough for their guidance and support. They work hard to involve the parents in all the special occasions that crop up throughout the year, from Easter bonnet parades to Mother/ Fathers Day Walks. Just lovely! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willow Tree Private Day Care Nursery if you’re considering options. They’re an absolutely smashing bunch and the happy little faces that greet you every time you open the door is a testament to that.”

“Needed a hot tub cover but having had a bad experience previously with another company I didn’t want to risk spending my money on another inferior product. I called in at Eveque Leisure in person and was given a tour of the factory by Simon Gregory. A couple of weeks later I placed my order and again called in with the measurements of my tub and was again helped in person. The cover was delivered and is doing its job to perfection. Can’t praise this company, the employees and its service enough and would very highly recommend them to anyone. Nothing was too much.”
