“My washer stopped spinning properly. Craig fixed my problem over the phone with the first question he asked.... "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

To begin with, they are highly professional - supervised by the ever-conscientious (and very hard working and able) Rick, the young-ish workers applied themselves skillfully and diligently. The input the firm provided over the design and major refurbishments to my kitchen, sitting room, and two bathrooms was both inspiring and impressively accomplished. On the design/co-ordinating front, Ben was highly creative and thoughtful (and patient!) and judged the degree of consultation and 'going ahead' (there were so many decisions to be taken) just right. On top of all of this, the team are personable and good to be around - a blessing when for a while I had to live with them cheek-by-jowl on what was effectively a building site. The result: a wonderfully transformed home and a very satisfied and grateful me.”

Bang on time , the fitters arrived and sorted everything quickly and efficiently and even took away the old appliances . Superb service ! What a great asset this shop and staff are to Glossop and surrounding areas .”

“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”
