“Purchased a sofa yesterday. Never been to a Sofology store before. Will initially greeted us said how the store works, then we left to have a look around. We found a sofa we liked and Will took us the rest of the way. Really friendly and easy to speak to so 10/10 for Will. Looking forward to receiving our sofa in due course. Only bit of feedback is to Sofology as a company. Sort out the delivery price I think it’s expensive. Also look at removing the old sofa too.”

“I came to Howdens - Denton for a selection of interior doors. I was dealt with by Sophie who was very professional and willing to help. She was very knowledgeable in the various products and designs to help us decide which we wanted. We ordered through Sophie and she also promoted some of the DIY products behind the till which we purchased. Our doors are due to arrive today and Sophie has been in contact with us throughout to make sure we are happy with the purchase and that delivery is arranged at a time that suits us. She has also expressed that we are to contact her if we have any problems with the delivery or doors post-delivery so that she can deal with them personally. Thankyou, Sophie!”

She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! “From the moment we visited this beautiful store the service was perfect. Lots of help and advice from Lauren in choosing our suite which was appreciated and we weren't put under any pressure to buy. We did order a suite and took delivery of it today. Gavin & James were extremely careful both in bringing it into our home and assembling it, taking care not to damage the furniture or our home. “I wanted a spacious kitchen which maximised storage and practicality as well as being aesthetically pleasing and Suga gave me everything I asked for and more with a great design, highlighting what might would better and suggesting features that would increase longevity and impact. I can’t believe how much storage I have and everyone has glowing compliments about my kitchen. It’s a joy to cook in! Danil, Lindsay and Jamel are brilliant and if I ever move house, I’ll go back to Suga to get another kitchen. Thanks to all!”

Amazing bacon bap with lovely thick tasty bacon from the local butcher, huge mug of delicious black coffee, very happy to pay £6.95. Charming staff, will definitely be back.”

“They’ve started doing burger deliveries and the burgers are fantastic! Think 5 guys meets GBK. I got a double Eminem burger, it came slightly pink in the middle...just how I like it. I’ll be satisfying all my burger cravings from here for now on! Chips were also nice, draught beer vacation was lovely. I’ll give the halloumi fries a miss next time they weren’t great - my only complaint”

“I am so impressed with the quality, comfort and service. We bought the Newbury sofa + pouffe in Avelino fabric and we're finally comfortable for the first time in 6 years. We went to the showroom twice to sit on it and it was a very chilled experience as no one was hassling us like in other stores. We waited 7 weeks and it was a very straightforward experience; the deposit and the remainder before delivery. The sofa was very competitively priced too. Absolutely chuffed with it.”
