“A food truck with a 4-seater table along a not too busy street. The food is prepared by two friendly Thai ladies and the taste is authentic. Pad thai is only £6 for lunch. It is hot and delicious at good portion! It is even tastier than many Thai restaurants I have tried before. What a surprise! People are mainly ordering takeaway.”

“This is a small shop compared to some but they pack a lot of products in. The staff are very helpful especially christine who i seem to have most dealings with. I have recently bought a new vape and i am so pleased with it, i started going in here for my regular liquid which is usually waiting in a box behind the counter with my name on it. If you ask about something that catches your eye from thier display then they are very happy to tell you about it but dont push you to buy anything. I drive out of my way to go here mainly for the customer service. I would highly recommend.”

The team here make you feel so welcome and always ready to help with no hesitation or questions asked. I proposed to my now fiancée on holiday just before Christmas but this wouldn’t have been possible without Martin and the team quickly repairing a damaged ring I bought elsewhere in such a small amount of time and making that moment a reality. Returning from my holiday I completely changed the ring and bought a beautiful ring from Randalls which they kept aside until my return. It's literally a pleasant 5-minute stroll from there, and you'll work up just enough appetite for what's coming. Our waiter was an absolute legend - had us laughing while being completely on the ball with service. You know when someone's genuinely enjoying their job? That was this guy. Went for the tonno pizza (because who doesn't love a good tuna pizza?) paired with an alcohol-free Peroni - surprisingly decent! Couldn't resist the tiramisu to finish, and honestly, no regrets there whatsoever. The place itself is lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean, and the whole team clearly knows what they're doing. It's got that perfect chilled vibe where you can actually have a conversation without shouting over the noise. Perfect spot for a relaxed lunch - we'll definitely be making this a regular haunt! “Awesome GF pizza, but uses the same woodfired oven for all pizzas so always potential risk. I've been here maybe 20 times and never had a reaction to the pizza though so they must be careful with how they managed it. BYOB or have a Tory Fanta like true people of culture.”

“Me and my friend love Chinese takeaway and we decided to try that place and honest to god it was so good. We had a create your own noodle box and honestly didn’t disappoint. My friend was so shocked and now every time I see her we always go there to eat. The service is amazing! You can watch them make the food and the drinks there are very cheap. Whenever I eat there I always walk out looking very happy. Best noodle & sushi place ever! If you’re a sushi or ramen/ noodle lover I would definitely recommend going there. “I used to live in Manchester and somehow never tried this place before! We were visiting for work and decided to stop by Tampopo for lunch – and yes, it was the right choice. The food was banging, full of flavour, and fairly priced. The ramen was especially great, and the kids’ menu was a hit – massively approved by the little ones, which is always key! Great service too. “Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“Excellent friendly welcome, the owner took our order. We had to wait for our starters which meant they were freshly prepared (the restaurant was quiet with it being during the week), some restaurants just warm up the starters but not here! We really enjoyed our starters. The main courses arrived & were excellent! Also desserts were good and we ate everything. My wife enjoyed her wine and I had an excellent ice cold pint of water!(I was driving). Top marks for everything here. They are very child friendly too. Our waiter was extremely friendly and the owner was too! We will be back!”
