She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products – from health and beauty to toiletries, baby essentials and seasonal gifts. The pharmacy service is excellent too, very reliable and efficient, which makes picking up prescriptions really convenient. The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!”
