“This is a proper well run shop with friendly owner/family/staff. Has everything you could ever need with old school prices will rarely need to go districts. They keep all stock replenished and rarely have items/cigs ran out. I moved away from blackley in march and I miss both the convenience of this store sorely as well as deeply missing the staff. “Lovely little store would be brilliant if they expanded it we could do with more variety of item's from this store but the staff are lovely the store is clean and their is brilliant security the parking is great the flower selection is brilliant and it's a nice little set up great to click and collect great to just do a quick shop has most things you need and bringing in the membership card has just topped it and made it even more brilliant I think the Asda essential range should be widened and you should be aloud to purchase more it's great anyway I love it....”

“Visited the store this evening and used the scan and shop for the first time but had a few issues with items not scanning - Tracey who said she had only been there a few weeks was absolutely amazing at helping us sort it out despite being the only one on the busy self service checkout and our shop wasn’t a small one to rescan - She was so lovely and chatted away with us despite it being late and really made us feel better - An absolute star!!!”

“I am a resident in the flats attached to this Sainsbury’s and love not only the convenience of it being so close but also the relationships I have built with their lovely staff over my two years of living here. Recently manager Stephen went above and beyond to get bandages from the staff first aid kit to help my boyfriend who had injured his hand. The store never feels overcrowded, is always well stocked and very kept clean / tidy. Staff are welcoming, helpful and clearly excellent at their job!”

“Great shop, Mo is lovely helpful and caring and takes an interest and knows all our kids and everyone else in the neighbourhood . He has all the staples, eggs from a local farm, alway had bread when the country panicked last year. He even has a few Linda Macartney veggie sausages hidden away in his freezer and he's good for an emergency Aubergine or can of beans or box of chocolates.”

“Ample disabled parking spaces. The ramp up to the entrance is quite steep but just managed to propel myself up in my wheelchair. Baskets of extra goods made the aisles tricky to navigate at times but the staff are very helpful and accomodating. I pop in regularly because I know that the staff will be happy to help me if need be and they usually have what I need. A great little shop, staffed by really nice people!”
