“Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

We then called in MIddleton Bed Centre and picked up a fantastic British made mattress for a fraction of the cost (£350). The matrees feels every bit the quality of the £2000 mattress.”

“Jason was excellent when we went looking at beds he was not a pushy salesman, he was very knowledge and explained everything about the beds and headboards with his help we chose a bed with a headboard in the colour styal we liked, it was about a week later two very nice men delivered our bed and put it together in our bedroom on leaving they checked I was happy with everything before leaving, I found a fault with headboard after they left I rang Jason who said no problem and two days later a replacement headboard was delivered by the same men who were again very helpful and didn't leave till I was satisfied excellent service throughout,”

“Went to Urmston Interiors as we were struggling to find somewhere that could do us a 7ft by 7ft bed (my husband is very tall). Simon was very helpful in advising us which beds and mattresses we could choose from and got us a (very reasonable) quote on the day for a headboard, ottoman base and mattress. Bed was ready to be delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were very efficient and friendly. The bed itself is excellent quality and the mattress is the comfiest I've ever slept on. “I am in love amazing value for money paid £1100 for x8 chairs and 2m marble dinning table + £200 assembly which you could not do yourself it’s so so heavy the 2 men that delivered was nothing short of outstanding so polite spoke to me and my daughter and husband with the upmost respect and treated our property as a palace they had been out delivering since 11pm the night before !!
