“We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. We said thank you but thank you again, Emily.”

“I am in love amazing value for money paid £1100 for x8 chairs and 2m marble dinning table + £200 assembly which you could not do yourself it’s so so heavy the 2 men that delivered was nothing short of outstanding so polite spoke to me and my daughter and husband with the upmost respect and treated our property as a palace they had been out delivering since 11pm the night before !! And was nothing but happy and enthusiastic the company dealt with me and my 100 phone calls so well I get very anxious and needed constant re assurance which they provided I would highly recommend can not wait to order more stuff I am using 6 chairs at the table and 1 in my room as a dressing table chair and the same in my daughters the quality is unreal 5 star all round thank you so so much”

“Hosted a games night for our running club in the free function room upstairs. Such a beautiful room with original features. We only had chip butties but they were really good, we even got some salad & cakes thrown in and the napkins were super cute! Lisa was super helpful when trying to organise. The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and completed in less than three weeks. Elite have delivered as per specification and were extremely helpful in the design to accommodate all our wishes. They use their own installation team rather than outsource which is a major advantage for any customer, and they leave a scrupulously clean workspace behind them, almost as if you didnt know that they had been!
