“Food was great. Me and my dad ordered 2 burgers a pizza and got some garlic bread for free through one of their offers. The chicken burger had a lot of flavour, could use a slight bit of extra moisture within the meat itself but regardless of that one point it was great. My dad was impressed with their beef burger and we both really enjoyed the pizza, the sauce on it was tangy and full of flavour but was balanced out by a sensible amount of cheese. The staff were lovely and were happy to talk which is quite rare in some places these days. I would recommend posh nosh to anyone”

“Been waiting a long time to be able to buy a decent kebab in failsworth. The mixed kebab from here are top notch. The Chicken tikka, Lamb Tikka, seekh and donner meats are all juicy and tasty and the medium sauce is also tasty. I gave it 5 stars because there wasn't an option to give 10. Give this place a chance it's banging”

“I came here a few times while working nearby for a couple of months and made a different order each time. The Dosa meal in the evening at £5 is very good value while the Lamb Kulambu is also very good. Everything is freshly cooked in front of you and you can eat in as well. Service is friendly Don't be put off by the tatty look of the place, it is well worth a visit”

“The food is always stunning. Order from here regularly. They are like 9 miles away from me and the latest they've ever been was like 10 mins after, I phoned the shop and he turned up like there and then haha. The delivery guy has been awesome both times, amazing food, and food is still warm and delicious especially within it being so far away. Couldn't recommend higher. ALSO I swear this place is like one of the only mexican deliveries in manchester. We are going to get to know each other very well.”

“Was completely refurbishment during September 2023 and reopened with the usual excellent staff and excellent food (which is why I have left the following 5 star review unchanged). Unfortunately, the refurbishment means we will not be using the café as often as we have done in the past, because they no longer take cash. The counter has been replaced by order screens similar to the screens in MacDonalds and some M&S cafe's, and younger people will love them. Unfortunately, unlike the similar machines at MacDonalds and some M&S cafe's (which take cash as well as card) the new payment screens here only accept card payments. The café looks fine, and the food is as good as ever, but the payment system makes it feel very impersonal and there is less opportunity for banter with the friendly staff. Also, some of the older customers who usually pay by cash will now feel excluded. Personally, I prefer a choice, sometimes paying cash, sometimes by card. “I booked a dome for afternoon tea for partners birthday. Food was delicious. I had the vegan option which was really well thought out rather than just dupes of the classic. We were served by Angel who was very polite, professional and helpful. Angel went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and extra as its been such a hot day. Angel made sure the children were kept hydrated. Thank you Angel”

“Wasn't expecting much following the reviews on here, but make a judgement for yourself as I found the staff and the hotel to be pleasant- some of the guests less so! I stayed for work over a period of a few days, and it's clear that its the same staff every day from reception open till close. Im unsure if they are also the owners but it gives a very 'family run' style feel that is comforting. After my first night, I was asked how I was coping with the warm weather and to be sure to ask if I needed anything. I was also periodically asked how the room was, and felt extremely safe as a female travelling solo. The hotel is on a main road, but is neighbouring a nice residential area and a church, which gives it a peaceful feel. The amenities in the room are fantastic, the fridge and microwave honestly looked brand new. I'll be honest in that I brought antibacterial wipes to clean the sides following some reviews, but the wipes were as clean as they were fresh out of the packet after wiping down all the surfaces. While the room itself is a tad dated, it has more character than your standard travelodge! Honestly a great hotel with pleasant staff. Can't fault it and honestly wish I was working in the area again to return!”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

“Had takeaway from here for the first time last Wednesday. It won't be the last! The food was lovely. I made my own veggie pizza which was really tasty, my dad had a Hawaiian pizza which he enjoyed and my mum had a gourmet burger which she said was really nice. We ordered chips and onion rings also. Before the food came, we had been saying how takeaway chips aren't usually that nice as they are quite soggy, however, we were pleasantly surprised at these as they were lovely and crispy, as were the onion rings. The delivery driver was very friendly as well. We will be regular customers here!”

“I've come to Manchester for work and was recommended Crown King and they delivered straight to the hotel. The food arrived piping hot and I believe it was one of the managers who delivered our food. He was very polite. The food was exceptional. The onion bhaji was so crispy and tasted of fried onions. Delicious with the mint raita. We had naan,chicken pakora, rice ( fluffy sepeate grains, perfectly cooked) chicken bhuna, chicken korma, chicken tikka starters ,poppadom, chips. The portions sizes are good. Easily feed 2, possibly even 3. Not greasy and very flavourful.”

“Nice cafe with usual Tesco menu. Food excellently cooked and presented, and even the beans were hot (which in my experience of most cafes is unusual). Cheerful and efficient staff and good atmosphere. What was really good was that you ordered at the counter rather at the impersonal machines which is becoming the norm (and is the reason we tend to avoid several other Tesco Cafes).”
