“I had a weird experience at first, nobody really seemed to pay attention to me whilst I was waiting because I came through a referral. They didn’t even bother to learn my name and that was so weird. I met with the pharmacist, Lawrence and he was really nice and reassuring. He listened to my complains and made a note of everything. He didn’t try to water down my symptoms, he was very very nice. He also learned my name and called me by my name all through the consultation.”

“The women here have always treated me with genuine kindness and compassion, and understanding to my shift patterns/quietness. I have an ongoing health condition(Diabetes) and have experienced frequent acute issues, so I visit quite regularly with intermittent prescriptions that also depend on different run out times, but they’ve never made me feel like a burden or been anything other than friendly and familiar. Even when something hasn’t been in stock or there’s alternative options, or it’s busy, they’ve always taken the time to remember me and explain. I truly appreciate them and the care they provide at this pharmacy, and I’ll be sad to leave once I move. The best pharmacy I’ve had so far, and truly a good team that try their best.”
