“Came here for our anniversary meal and it honestly was the best meal we have had! The staff were incredible throughout the night, and whilst we didn’t get their names, the young, blonde lady and the middle aged, olive skinned gentleman who served us a glass of bubbly each were amazing. The food is to die for and trust me you will not be going hungry when you leave. Thank you for making our night an unforgettable experience!”

“Great spot for always having at least one gluten free beer on tap, usually a couple. I'm a big fan of when they've got locals like Brightside. Generally a good atmosphere whenever I come. Sometimes a lot busier than others, probably event related as it's very close to a number of live venues. That said, I can often find a seat in the second, quieter room pictured below. I would appreciate GF food options, but I understand this is exceptionally difficult considering they do pizzas. The music is almost never particularly loud, which means you can always converse. The only setback would be that some of the beers can be pricey, but this is absolutely to be expected given they are quality craft beers rather than mass products, and I say this is one of the few spots where it's worth it”

“Cocktails were 10/10!! It’s hard to make a delicious Pornstar Martini but they so good we went back for seconds!! Lovely atmosphere and our server V was very friendly and made the best cocktails! Cant wait to go back! So good to have a local fab cocktail bar!!”

“Attended Suburban legends gig on 15 March As a disabled person I had high anxiety about going to the venue for the first time, however, the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Welcomed outside by a lovely gent who walked us into the venue via the ramp access to the left of the venue and then made sure we were good and knew where bar / toilets etc where A small barriered off space to the right of the stage with basic dining chairs for those who are able to move around which can be moved for those with wheelchairs etc A really nice touch is above the area is a small speaker which gives you excellent sound (for me this would mean 6 stars for the thought gone into by the venue!) Accessable toilet was nice and clean Will certainly return to this venue !!!”

“This is an absolute treat! Instead of being in France due to industrial action, we sought to bring France to us and so glad we did. The food was high quality and in comfortable surroundings. Steak tartare as good as I have ever had (minus the egg yolk, because this in Britain!). A touch on the pricey side, but in this particular case, you do get what you pay for. Very good”

“My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner and we had the most wonderful evening! Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated immediately. For starters we had calamari, focaccia and olives - all were delicious! Our mains, the pizza and steak were equally yummy. The highlight of the evening for me was when the waiters brought out a cake and sang happy birthday. Thank you so much to all the staff- you were so friendly and professional, and you made my birthday very special. Grazie mille!”

“All the dishes I had were amazing. The menu is seasonal , using local produce. Loved the asparagus dish, the tomato salad and the charred aubergine. They also cook proteins to perfection ! I wish every gastro pub would try to serve that top quality food. Reasonable prices. Just go!”

“Absolutely love the food here proper home cooked hearty food which is actually quite hard to find these days. We come quite often to have lunch and I normally opt for one of their amazing pies and my other half loves their Lasagna. Staff are very friendly and welcoming aswell would definitely recommend to others”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

“Had an amazing time here the other week, the DJ was absolutely amazing had the whole room bouncing! Guys on the door were boss and got in quick and easy, no fuss. Bar staff inside so kind and even helped me find my phone when I lost it! Would absolutely recommend anyone a night out here!”

“First time dining there tonight and we can’t wait to be back! Shocked we had a hidden gem on our doorstep and didn’t realise. We had a mix of Sunday lunches, burgers and steak at our table and there wasn’t a bad thing to say about it. The beef on the roast literally melted on your tongue. Very good staff who checked up on us a lot to make sure we had everything we wanted. Many thanks to Jason as well, he was fab looking after us, very approachable and witty, which made the meal even better. We will be back soon!”

“We booked a table following rave reviews from friends who had visited the restaurant. There were 11 of us dining and we have to say that the food has to be up there with any other Indian food we have eaten (most of the family are Indian). We will definitely be going back and highly recommend a visit. Not only was the food amazing the staff (especially the owner) are professional and friendly. A great service all around. “Wow! This place reminds me of walking in to the likes of Pacha in Spain for the first time, the music pumping and the smoke acting as a barrier between the real world and club land. Tech house was the flavour of the night, and my god it tasted good! What an epic deviation of the norm, I could've literally thrown shapes all night in here! Could this place be the venue that puts Preston back on the clubland map? I think so!!!”

I did not attend but Google assumed that I had and listed my review for the Gait inn at Millington I'm error. So this is to correct it. “Lovely place, right next to Heaton Park metro. Only had a brew and a cake but it’s spacious, light and airy, with nice, big booths and a sunny back yard (looks like a good set up for DJ’s too) Coffee was good, sweet stuff was from Silver Apples, so pretty familiar and more than decent quality. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely head back and try some proper food and drinks soon”

“I wish I can give more then 5 stars to this place, And that's all only for staff , amazing manager and the host we had all staff members were brilliant. Every gaming and fun place can have ups and downs with maintenance and games but it's they way how they handles it and how quickly they act on it We celebrated our twin boys birthday had lots of fun. Unfortunately I forgot the names of staff members but we were booked today afternoon for birthday party 12:00 pm And our host Hijabi girl she was awesome top notch customer service and hospitality. “Always worth a visit. The staff are welcoming, the drinks menu offers a great selection, and the club has a premium feel compared to others in Manchester. “We visit Chorley almost every month and love to eat at Hartwood Hall. Our favourite is the filet steak which is always cooked to perfection. All the staff are friendly and helpful. On our latest visit we were served by John and Pippa, always a delightful experience. This is a popular restaurant and yet there is always a parking space and it’s free. You know you can relax and enjoy the gentle atmosphere. In summer there are tables outside, a bit close to the main road for us, so we stay indoors. So are there any problems? Only two as far as I am concerned, they don’t offer blue cheese as a cheese or a sauce and pouring cream is not on the menu either. Despite this we keep coming back for the great food, try the Mac & Cheese as a great side dish, it goes with anything.”

“We visited in a family group. The carvery food was basic and straightforward food. It isn't gourmet food but it was tasty, very affordable and generous. The staff were attentive and helpful. Booking is recommended as it is a popular place to eat. I would definitely go again thanks to the affordability factor!”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well.
