“Hi I’m Iain, I’m in my 50’s and have had difficulty with my trauma for most of my life, in relationships and with my own Polaroid of my life. I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. I was lost, I was angry, and my self esteem was nonexistent. I was repeatedly making the same relationship mistakes and experiencing self destructive tendencies more frequently than I would have liked. My trauma was literally killing me. I didn’t know where to start or how to save myself. It started with a simple conversation with Silvia, which then grew in to a deep exploration of my soul, Silvia made it so easy to decompress, to communicate, to let go and grow.. we had endless conversations about human design and the psychology and anthropology of the human and spiritual condition. My sessions with Silvia weren’t just a text book regurgitation of methodologies, they were real time boundless excursions into my personal experiences and how the universe has shaped my experiences. I received endless personal support which continues today and Silvia’s approach doesn’t come from some self involved, entitled diva… it felt and still feels like a spirit guide on my shoulder, guiding me and giving me permission to explore my self consciousness and find my own answers…. “Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. Can’t thank Georgia for enough. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much.”

“We had our regular annual boiler service yesterday, and were so pleased with the attention received! Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating. “Ben is absolutely amazing. We contacted him to do house visits with our 1.8 month old dog and our puppy as we were at work. Ben came every single day and spent a good while with our dogs, he kept us updated consistently and sent us pictures of our doggos. One time our puppy made a mess with the toilet paper and he was kind enough to tidy up. He has walked them and has helped with our older dog who is a bit barky with other dogs. You can tell he loves and understands dogs and it's reciprocal. Our older dog is very nervous around people and he took time to build up her trust. She now loves him and approaches him enthusiastically. Would 100% recommend him. He's extremely professional as he takes care of both yours and your dogs needs and is very flexible.”
