“Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s a great setup and has absolutely everything you need with regards to health and well being. That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. Thanks to Scott for always being so accommodating with our families busy timetable and helping us find suitable dates and times. Keep up the good work guys, a very well done to you all!”

I’d had a bad experience in the past so was quite reluctant to try again but after reading reviews and speaking with Dawn on the phone I decided to give it a go again. I’m really glad I did as I’m feeling a lot better and can see I’m making progress. Dawn is very easy to talk to/open up to and is friendly and professional. “This is one of the best pubs in the area. I have been going here on and off since way before it was renovated last time and Julie and her team work hard to make this a fun and welcoming place to go. There is no food but the cost of a pint is reasonable, has live music every weekend, has a small enclosed outdoor area and you are not constantly looking over your shoulder. How often do you hear the words “We have had to shut the front door as we are full” in pubs any more! Keep up the good work Julie.”
