The nurses are friendly and willing to listen and help. The booking system did change after pandemic, but if you phone on time you will normally get an appointment. There will be a waiting time for the phone call to be answered but you will be told your waiting position. Thanks for everyone who works extremely hard. All of your help and effort are much appreciated.”
