“First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.”

Today we had Chris and Jack attend, they came very early so as not to cause any disruption to the office/staff and were courteous, efficient and thorough. “Excellent pre planning and intermediate reviews, so that we got the kitchen that we wanted within the remit of our existing kitchen design. Couple of hiccups with the ordering of one of the cupboards/lighting transformer which meant a delay in the final completion. However we could use the kitchen before that was finished. We have a beautiful kitchen that fits our needs, thanks to Alistair, Josh and Olivia. Great communication and updates. We had an additional team to do the preliminary and post installation work. Adam and Bart led that part of the project. The team led by Kris for installation are very efficient and good at what they do. Initially, I put some before photos in, have removed them now as it detracts from the brilliant new kitchen! Some of the photos were taken prior to decorating. “I'm so pleased that I found Pipeline Services to replace my old copper water supply pipe that kept on getting small leaks. It was a bigger job than first thought, as not only did they have to mole 20 meters down my drive, they also had to dig some some of the concrete garage floor. They have left everything nice and tidy as well. Big thank you to Victoria in the office who was able to be flexible with our appointments to coincide with the water board coming to move our water meter, and thank you to Michael and Lee who carried out the work.
