So not so local to me but I'm sure local residence find this place very useful There are other shops including at least 3 food shops in the same block including English, Chinese and Indian food and a 24 hour petrol station with Tesco shop right on the roundabout accross the road. I was dreading doing a bra fitting, but there was really nothing to dread. “Got a takeaway it was piping hot when I got it. Everything was so flavourful and delicious. The chicken in sweet and sour sauce was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The woman on the phone was so nice, I called to ask about complimentary prawn crackers which they normally don’t do but she did them for me! Will be ordering from here again.”

“Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”

I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. Terrible communication; unanswered messages. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle. She clearly demonstrated the insight and experience required to cater to my needs. I ended up re ordering the boots that never arrived.
