“Our dog had a mysterious limp which turned out to be elbow dysplasia. We had a few appointments with Steve at MVS referred over from our usual vet. Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. We’d definitely go back. Shout out to the friendly staff on reception too, who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.”

Attention to detail was great, my waitress Amy, was an absolute dream, she gave the best recommendations and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. “Attended Suburban legends gig on 15 March As a disabled person I had high anxiety about going to the venue for the first time, however, the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Welcomed outside by a lovely gent who walked us into the venue via the ramp access to the left of the venue and then made sure we were good and knew where bar / toilets etc where A small barriered off space to the right of the stage with basic dining chairs for those who are able to move around which can be moved for those with wheelchairs etc A really nice touch is above the area is a small speaker which gives you excellent sound (for me this would mean 6 stars for the thought gone into by the venue!) Accessable toilet was nice and clean Will certainly return to this venue !!!”

“We visited for the first time on Saturday 8th November 2025 and we were served by Simona. She couldn’t have been more attentive. The service provided was excellent and right up there with the food. I had the arancini and the carbonara with sides of tenderstem broccoli and rocket. My partner had the scarpetta and lasagne. We both really enjoyed the food, particularly the dishes I picked. Simona kindly made me aware that the carbonara was traditional and not cooked with cream, which is what I expected but I do know people who have eaten a version of “carbonara” with cream who would definitely appreciate this information for their knowledge and to be aware of what they were ordering. Despite our table being booked for 7pm on a Saturday and the restaurant being very busy, we did not wait long to be served or for our food to come out. It was all well presented and perfectly cooked. I’ve already recommended a number of people to visit since our meal and we will definitely return next time we’re in Manchester.”

“Been coming here since it first opened, it's a great place for a variety of Japanese food, honestly the vegan/vegetarian sweet potato katsu is PHENOMENAL! The selection is impressive and hard to find elsewhere. Highly recommended — the experience really reminded me of Hong Kong with its diversity, flavours, and vibrant atmosphere. Every gaming and fun place can have ups and downs with maintenance and games but it's they way how they handles it and how quickly they act on it We celebrated our twin boys birthday had lots of fun. Unfortunately I forgot the names of staff members but we were booked today afternoon for birthday party 12:00 pm And our host Hijabi girl she was awesome top notch customer service and hospitality. Best place to have kids and adults birthday party or you can just have get together or fun day out as adults or for kids”
