“I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

“Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul.”

“We got married at Rylands Farmhouse in May and we couldn’t recommend it enough. From our first viewing of the venue to the morning after our wedding the service provided was second to none. The staff went above and beyond for us at every opportunity and nothing was too much to ask. Our wedding guests were blown away with the venue and the staff. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the breakfast the next day was delicious. Luis was with us from the beginning and throughout our whole wedding day and he was absolutely amazing! “I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. It’s a 10 out of 10 from Mum and I !”

“Should probably start with other people’s feedback. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. Secondly all our friends and family who have visited so far have been amazed by the transformation and without exception say it’s perfect especially for us and how we use the space. From our perspective I only have 2 words First Class!!! The experience has been first class from our first planning meeting with Andrew through the installation process and then the post installation support all led by Gary and supported by the fantastic technicians. The end result has met all my ‘requests’ made during the design process and is better than I could have imagined. It makes me smile every time I walk through the door. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting a kitchen of your dreams”

“We have recently had some sliding/bifolding doors fitted on our outside bar area. Guy and the team had quite a challenge as this was originally built with the idea to keep it open plan but we decided to close it off. The timber structure wasn’t exactly straight and so it made things difficult at times but this was never a problem to them. There was always a solution and the work was carried out so professionally. All the team work extremely hard and were a pleasure to work with. What a team! We are really happy with the end result and I would most definitely recommend. Great service! Great quality! “It's not a huge place but they do have some fantastic tattooists & that's the main reason why you go here as it's clean and you get a really good tattoo done. Olivia is very good, she talks through everything you want & will suggest ideas prior to working on you. Rates are comparable with other shops so they are fair. Parking is the only issue coming here as there is no outside parking so you have to use a multi storey up the road.”

The Next lady hunted everywhere for it but couldn’t find it , she suggested we went off for a coffee at the in-store Costa for a few minutes whilst she carried on searching for it. Within 5 minutes she’d come and found us in the cafe and given me the parcel. Amazing service , thank you !”

The quality of the product is of the best quality & surprisingly competitive compared to high street retailers. A special mention goes to Neil who provided a great service in terms of knowledge & design suggestions not rushing us in any way. Delivery was surprisingly quick, & whilst a couple of components were damaged in transit this was sorted quickly. Worth a look if you are looking for a bespoke quality product & design.”
