“A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady. “I was referred to Dr Waith at DCO to remove two troublesome wisdom teeth, one was particularly challenging. After an initial consultation & scans various options were discussed and ultimately decision was taken to remove them in two separate visits. Whilst its not top of my bucket list of things to do in life everything went very smoothly and I was back up and running after both procedures very quickly and delighted with the outcome. “I’ve been coming to this dentist for years, and they’ve always been excellent. Even though I’ve moved outside of Manchester, I still prefer to come all the way here. Chris is very open, honest, and friendly, always giving clear and genuine advice. They were kind enough to accommodate my lateness and even booked me in with the hygienist the same day, as I couldn’t come back for a few weeks. The hygienist was absolutely top-notch — did a fantastic job and kept checking if I was okay throughout. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. “Ive been at Harpers for most of my life and i've always had exceptional care from start to finish on each visit. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming and the dentist ( Natasha) was amazing and put me at ease all the way through my appointment. “After neglecting my teeth for a few years and being in a lot of pain with a cracked tooth I paid Emily and Claire a visit at Flourish. I was nervous about all the work that I needed doing. I shouldn’t have worried both Emily and Claire are caring and very professional I’ve had three treatments done and another one booked in at the end of the month. They totally understand someone’s nervousness and apprehension about certain treatments but they fully explained what would happen to give me peace of mind. “Zohaib Ali I went to see Zo to have a partial denture fitted after losing three loose molars a few years earlier. I had investigated implants during this time, but had reluctantly admitted that I wouldn’t be able to endure the treatment necessary to fit them: I’m squeamish about all medical procedures and have a phobia about needles, so when a sinus lift entered the equation, the possibility of implants went out of the window. But I was struggling to eat- I could only use one side of my jaw to chew and those teeth were taking quite a hammering. When I met Zo, I immediately had confidence in his abilities as a dental surgeon; his confident demeanour and the wide-ranging knowledge he displayed, as well as the empathy he expressed, made me feel that he would make sure I had as positive an experience as possible, regardless of the treatment. However, it became clear that partial dentures would not be an option for me- they would create too much pressure on my remaining teeth. It was going to be implants or nothing and it took quite a few conversations with Zo for me to believe I could go down that road. Several months and an amount of treatment later, I have three new perfectly-fitting back teeth and I can chew away as I always used to. They feel (and look) natural. Zo made the sessions more than bearable- some of them threw up complications, which he dealt with in a calm and expert manner. He is a supremely competent practitioner. And, surprisingly, there was quite an amount of laughter over the months of treatment, something which I never expected, given my aversion to all things medical (especially needles)! I still have to pinch myself that I was ‘brave’ enough to have implants fitted, but the reality is that I found a dental surgeon who could do the job to a supremely high standard whilst reassuring a patient as reluctant and jittery as I am. I would recommend Zo without hesitation. He has made ‘going to the dentist’ a tolerable, if not an almost-enjoyable, experience. With wonderful results. I’m grateful to him every time I eat a meal chewing with my whole jaw, something I didn’t believe I’d be able to do again. Thanks, Zo!”

“Very happy with my first experience at Ivy today. I'm quite nervous attending the dentist but all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away. Malcolm was brilliant at talking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kim on reception was also lovely and made setting up my next appointments so easy. “To be honest, I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had some really bad experiences throughout the years. My Dad took me to Greys when I was experiencing really bad pain and no dentist was listening. I’m not scared of going to see Simon, he is always really calm and takes his time with whatever procedure he is doing. Best dentist I have ever seen, hands down. The hygienists are incredible too, Alex especially. I’ve been going to Greys for about 8 years and have no intention of going anywhere else.”
