“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“I bought a sealed laptop from the Bury store - they gave me speedy next day delivery, unfortunately there was a minor software problem that I managed to get sorted. Meanwhile the manager (Alex) took ownership of my problem & offered a free return to get the laptop working. It was not required but I was very impressed by the standard of customer service. “Alice has been attending dance studio 1 since 2 1/2 years old and is now 15 She went in as a shy toddler and her confidence has grown immensely. She's done numerous exams in ballet,tap and theatre craft. Every 2 years she's taken part in a stage performance open to the public to watch. Since starting high school she’s become a studio assistant. Helping out with all the younger ones. Because of this Alice had just received a recognition at St Monica's for her dancing and kindness in helping others.Her dancing helped her through the pandemic as it continued throughout on zoom. I cant believe how much Alice has progressed since the beginning. It's not just dancing anymore it's literally her second family. Alice is in her GCSE year at school and dancing is her release for when revising gets tough. Exercise is so important to enable a healthy mind which helps with revision. She's made so many life long friends along the way and so have I. Thank you all at the studio for being so lovely, caring and most of all being the best Lynn x”

Heartbreaking what's happened to the buildings and beautiful conservatory etc but so wonderful to see what the various volunteer groups are achieving there, above all giving the Park love and TLC. “Krave Coffee is a lovely cafe in Whitefield with plenty of free parking outside. The staff are all cheery and polite and the food is well cooked and neatly presented on your plate. Theres no step at the door and a ramp inside so easy walking for older customers and easy access for wheel & push chairs. We both had the small english and I swapped out those nasty mushrooms and tomatoes (my own taste I just dont like them) for another Grandads Sausage. The Americano was spot on and I would go back here just for another cuppa probably have some cake as well. Lunch menus when I asked are only served on weekdays. The seating inside is very comfortable, and theres also tables and chairs outside. A disabled toiket is also located at the back.”
