At my request, the company also supplied the new faucets. A couple of taps with minor problems were fixed free of charge. Based on my experience with work done by different plumbers over the years, I find the company to be truly exceptional in every regard.”

“I had a blocked toilet, and I had tried everything, plunging, washing up liquid, bleach, so I called A&B. They arrived on time and fixed the problem by drilling into the ceramic outdoor pipe, and removing the blockage that was caused by lead inside the pipe breaking away which had built up over time. 2 good guys who sorted it, grafted for an hour then charged me a really fair price. Very happy 5*”

“I was met in the morning by a nasty overspill coming from the drain cover plate at the side of my house, I got this company’s number from a friend that recently had a similar issue. When I called they we able to come out the same evening, Raymond (The Team leader I think?) was both polite and friendly. He opened up the drain cover and could see that part of the pipe had corroded and was leaking water. He was able to diagnose and quote for the work which he said would takes a couple of hours. I didn’t expect him to be able to resolve the same day but he did. I was very satisfied with the price and with the quality of the work (not that I know the first thing about drains!) . “First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.”

“Our annual boiler servicing is completed by LW Plumbing & Heating and has been for a few years. Today we had Chris and Jack attend, they came very early so as not to cause any disruption to the office/staff and were courteous, efficient and thorough. We have also called on them when things go wrong i.e. a radiator not heating and they attend site promptly resolving issues quickly. Highly recommend.”
