“I really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I got the mix grill for 2, and it was more than enough for me, my wife and 2 kids. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “We are Americans visiting Manchester for the holidays. The Didsbury Pub was recommended to us for dinner. We had dinner at The Didsbury Pub on Christmas Eve, and it was fantastic! Steven, our server, looked after us; he did a fantastic job. The Didsbury Pub had a Festive Menu on Christmas Eve and our compliments to the Chef. The food was delicious. The hand carved roast turkey with Yorkshire pudding was awesome. So was the Marmalade Glazed Ham Hock. And the desserts. The apple & blackberry crumble was scrumptious; as was the melting chocolate fondant. The pub is beautiful. The atmosphere was great. One of the best dining experiences in all our travels. Thank you to Steven, the Chef, and all the great people at The Didsbury Pub. I highly recommend everyone visiting Manchester to stop in and enjoy The Didsbury Pub.”

However, I’m giving it 4 stars because although the food was excellent, we had to ask for our drinks as they weren’t ready, which meant a bit of a wait. That said, the place had a lovely, cozy atmosphere overall.”

Everything is cooked to order, it's hot and fresh, and just a few steps better quality than almost everywhere else we have stopped for breakfast. “So I'm giving this review because of the landlord and his wife. My son had a meltdown on the main road. I had to sit on the floor with him to keep him safe (he's non verbal and autistic. This is also rare too). Anyway they xould hear him at the pub and the landlord and his wife was concerned. She came out and kept us company. She also took the edge off too. I know we didn't go in for drinks but if the landlord and his wife are like this it tells me how welcoming their pub is. Thank you so much ♥️”

“Great cafe located in the bus/train/tram transport terminal. Fab to get a take away to take to terminal one, two or three, or if you have time to kill before leaving the airport it's got a nice large sit down area inside. The Italian cream buns are out of this world, defo worth a try if you have not tried before. The coffee is freshly ground and delicious, great quality. The service is as fast as they can, however it can be still take a while when they are busy due to it all being hand crafted.”
