Having been told I would need major surgery and my hockey playing days may be over, I’m delighted to have made it back on to the hockey pitch last week following a tailored rehab program from Jack. There’s also the added bonus of onsite parking & later evening appointments. I would recommend Chews health without any hesitation - thank you to the whole team!”

We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. “I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”

“Can’t recommend Shay Trainor highly enough. I had a running injury a few months ago and went to see a physio in London who was unable to diagnose the issue but thought it was related to my hip. I was left unsure how to progress. I went to see Shay today who has assessed it as a piriformis syndrome and given me some exercises to work on. I am so relieved to have a diagnosis and also to have received expert advice on how to get back into running and fitness. A huge thank you to Shay. Your help is greatly appreciated.”

“Lively but not noisy, people and pets gather to share food, nearby stalls sell snacks and hot food, and even flowers and fruits coexist with fine wine. I love the atmosphere and space, but unfortunately I just passed by this time.”
